Ingredients

cup olive oil
3 Medium cloves garlic, through a press or minced
2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 lb linguine, cooked
1/3 to 1/2 cup grated imported Romano or Parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat the oil, add the garlic and gently saute'
for 2 or 3 minutes. Do not brown the garlic. Stir in the parsley,
salt and pepper and set aside.
Prepare the pasta and set aside 1/4 cup of the
drained water. Reheat the oil carefully and toss it with the drained
linguine and cheese, coating evenly. Add the 1/4 cup water from
drained pasta and toss.
May add fresh steamed broccoli or 1 6-ounce can
of undrained clams or Chicken
