Peg's Pumpkin Bread



Ingredients

2 2/3 cups organic, unbleached sugar

2/3 cup butter

1 16 oz. can pumpkin

2/3 cup water

4 brown free range eggs

2 cups unbleached flour

1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour

2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp sea salt

1tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp baking powder


Directions

Heat of to 350 degrees. Grease 2 loaf pans 9x5x3. Mix all ingredients in order. Pour into pans. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes.
