Ingredients
Topping
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup unbleached cane sugar
1/2 cup butter
Organic apples
Crust
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp unbleached cane sugar
Directions
In a glass pie pan add all ingredients for crust. Mix
with fork and pat down with fingers to form crust after mixed. Cut
fresh apples to fill pan. Bake at 450 for 25 min.
In a medium size
bowl mix the topping ingredients. Pour topping onto pie after baking
for 25 min and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
