Kylea Club members are completely in control. If you need to adjust the ship-date of your next Auto-Shipment, cancel an Auto-Ship or change the order in any way, you can simply send an email to autoship@kylea.com or call us toll-free at 1-800-557-5700. The Kylea Club Auto-Ship Program is not obligatory or contractual. It is simply a way for our preferred customers to conveniently receive their Kylea products and save money!
How to Get Started
When you are shopping for your Kylea products and you click on the Order Now button, on the following page you will see a drop-down box where you can select one of three Auto-Ship delivery frequencies for that product. You will also see the actual savings by selecting the Auto-Ship. And that's it. Once you've selected all your products you simply checkout and complete your order. Depending on your Auto-Ship selection, you will receive your next order, with the discount, in either 30, 60 or 90 days.
Auto-Ship Terms and Conditions
You can cancel Auto-Ship at any time, just as long as it's before your specified ship date without a re-stocking fee. Your specified ship date will be exactly 30, 60 or 90 days from the date of your last order. To cancel, send an email to autoship@kylea.com or call our customer service department toll-free at 1-800-557-5700. You can even leave your request on voice mail if you are calling outside business hours. Auto-Ship orders must be cancelled before the ship date. Auto-Ship orders that are sent back to Kylea will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee and the original shipping charge cannot be refunded. We cannot offer a refund on open containers in any Auto-Ship orders.
