Return Policy
Kylea Health and Energy is confident that our products are among the best in the marketplace. However, we are aware that returns are occasionally necessary. Please follow these simple instructions to ensure a prompt refund:
- Please make sure that the product is returned to Kylea within 30 days from the day that you received it. We will allow a 7-day “grace-period” to accommodate shipping transit times
- Kylea’s return policy will not allow individuals to return the same product more than once. In other words, if someone returns a product for a refund and then later, purchases the same product again, we are unable to offer a refund on the latter purchase.
- If and individual purchases more than one of the same product, only one of these should be opened. This is to prevent individuals from abusing the system by ordering multiple of the same product and returning all of them opened.
- This form needs to be completely filled out and included with a copy of the invoice along with the unused portion of the product being returned. If you do not have the invoice, please call customer service before returning the product. (800) 557-5700
- Please use care in packing the products to return to Kylea, using a sturdy box with sufficient packing material.
- The unused portion of the return product(s) needs to be commensurate to the time of possession. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on empty containers.
- You may use the carrier of your choice when returning the product. These include U.P.S., United States Postal Service, Fed-Ex, DHL and others. Please save the tracking number as Kylea is unable to accept responsibility for lost packages. The cost of returning the package is the responsibility of the customer.
