I love Kylea's Chia Meal. I use it in many of my recipes like meatballs and Chicken Parmesan. It makes them moist and delicious and I love knowing that these dishes are now loaded with Omega 3's. When I heard about the Kylea Total Living Drink I was skeptical. I don't have a high tolerance for "yucky" health drinks and I wasn't sure it would do that much for me anyway. But I was frustrated by all the nutrition products out there. I knew I needed supplements, but was confused by the thousands of products on the shelves.
I decided to give the Total Living Drink a try. The taste was completely acceptable (I mix the powder with pineapple or cranberry juice and ice cubes).
It was quick and easy. It takes me about five minutes to walk from my bedroom to my kitchen, mix the drink, and drink it using my special shaker bottle with a straw.
The first thing I noticed was renewed energy. I have always enjoyed indulging myself in a nap in the afternoon if I were at home. At work, I often felt the need for a cup of coffee or chocolate for a pick-me-up in the afternoon. But the first time I lay down for a nap after being on the drink, I realized after a few minutes that I wanted to be up and about my work. I simply wasn't tired. My renewed energy helped me get more work done. I have amazing energy and stamina and often begin a new project around 9:00 in the evening.
Kylea also helped me control my weight. I use the drink in the morning instead of breakfast. I sometimes have one piece of high fiber toast, but nothing else, I am completely full and satisfied until around 12:30 or 1:00 PM. The meal replacement helps me maintain my desired weight.
My nails are stronger. And I immediately noticed better elimination. Most of all, I have gained peace of mind. I know that the drink gives me far more nutrition than I was getting in the foods I eat. Also, the fact that it is a liquid means more of the nutrients are absorbed into my system than with pills. It makes me feel better about myself to know I am doing something radically proactive about my health. And the drink is far less expensive that buying all the pills I'd have to take for the same amount of nutrition.

I ordered the product and have been using it as a meal replacement. I have benefited greatly from the Total Living Drink. Previously I felt tired and mentally drained a lot. I started using one scoop per day around noon time. I feel great once this product gets to circulating in my blood stream. I notice my appetite has really really tapered off. Since I was a child I've always had problems eliminating. I was always given enemas and grandparents were always shoving Castor Oil down my throat followed by an orange. I think that's why I'm not fond of oranges today. I began taking the Colon Cleanse program just 4 days ago. Already I've had great results without having to strain. I have been using half a scoop of the total living drink for almost two months and I think it's great. I feel better, but most importantly for me, it has made a tremendous difference in my skin. I have had acne for decades and it has been particularly bad in the past two years. The total living drink has eliminated the worst of my skin problems, which is an unexpected and most appreciated surprise. I would highly recommend this drink to any woman suffering with female problems relating to irregularities. The Kylea drink helped correct the problem within 3 days from when I started using the product and haven't had that problem ever since. I went from 6 months of excessive bleeding using approximately a 36Pkg of "Always" Pads in less than a week per week to no bleeding. My doctor wanted to put me on birth control pills to regulate my period but did not want the side affects from the medicine. Today I'm free from the excessive bleeding, no spotting and did not have to take the doctor's medication. P.S I have also lost some weight too. A friend at my Church gave me a Total Living Drink because she didn't like it. I took it like the directions said. Yes it is NASTY! I hated drinking it. I have noticed that while taking the colon cleanse I was not constipated during my normal PMS time of the month. Normally I get VERY constipated and go little to none for 4-5 days. I noticed that the PMS systems, like cramping/bloating, were a lot milder as well while on the colon cleanse. I'm sure a clogged up colon makes for added PMS symptoms.

What your Yam Cream has done for me is nothing short of miraculous as my life was truly chaotic before I started using the cream. One week out of the month I would feel normal (this would be the week following my period) then for the two weeks after that, I would transform into someone that wasn't pleasant even to my own self! I used to take sleeping pills to escape my own internal chaos! I don't know where to begin! Kylea as you've mentioned seems to be a miracle food supplement! Even though I watch the TLN station all the time, with you and Jerry Rose, doing the promotional segment, I continually watch! And tell all my friends!
I, myself am a bodyworker (massage therapist), and ever since the '70's way back~~~, I've continually been more than a label reader, whenever it came time to ~grocery shop~. I only shop the perimeters of the stores. And mostly go to Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's. People often call them Whole Paycheck, but I'd rather pay a bit more now than buckoo bucks @ either the pharmacy or doctors office in due time!!!
Personally, I've been in 6 rear-end car collisions over the past 10 or so years, and have been suffering from WHIPLASH to the nth degree! My last rear-ender was 2 years ago. I'm currently in a wheel chair, and with physical therapy, Kylea and mostly ORGANIC FOODS, I pray (only God's will) to be up and running once again, even at the age of 52. A- n-d after, I do a ~Kylea Shake~, within 10 minutes all 9 panels of nutrients go right to work! I'm charged to meet whom/whatever comes my way!

Dear Joe Costello - I saw your infomercial on TV with Jerry Rose. No one is as skeptical as me regarding products sold on TV. Because I consider Jerry Rose to be very credible, I decided to take a chance and purchased the 2 lb container of the Total Living Drink. Well never in a million years did I ever think I would write a testimonial message for a product sold on TV. I have suffered from diarrhea for several years, having an attack just about every day and sometimes more than once. Immodium AD tablets were used like snacks. Traveling on business, playing golf, and going to dinner were real challenges.
Treatments tried were apple cider vinegar, liquid diets, trial and error diet variations, fiber capsules, metamucil, one doctor even suggested I try prozac to see if it was a nerve related problem.
Thankfully he was soon not my physician any longer after that suggestion. I couldn't drink coffee or eat even the most lightly spiced foods especially with onions. Within three days of using the drink, my symptoms were gone, I could take one scoop mixed with juice in the morning and not be hungry until lunch, and I am also slowly losing weight. It has been about a month and unless you have been there, one can't imagine how much better the quality of life is when digestion and trips to the restroom are "normal" once again. It has been a true blessing to have finally found a diet regimen that allows me to do my every day activities without worrying where the next restroom will be or if there will be time to get there before "lightning strikes". I travel for sales and leaving for a trip without with the bottle of Immodium AD was simply not possible. I recently ordered two more containers and the Total Living Drink is a permanent part of my diet forever. The only draw back, which is easily acceptable by me, is the taste. Delicious is not the right description. A minor inconvenience indeed.

Early one morning in December of 2004, I was shuffling toward the coffee pot when I caught my slipper on the threshold of my kitchen floor, tried to catch myself by reaching for the counter, and fell anyway, causing a spiral break at the point where my right shoulder attaches to my right arm. For awhile I wore a special sling and swath to keep my arm in place while the bones healed. Then it was on to physical therapy for a few months. Eventually I regained the use of my arm.

But I was frustrated by all the nutrition products out there. I knew I needed supplements, but was confused by the thousands of products on the shelves.
I decided to give the Total Living Drink a try. The taste was completely acceptable (I mix the powder with pineapple or cranberry juice and ice cubes).
It was quick and easy. It takes me about five minutes to walk from my bedroom to my kitchen, mix the drink, and drink it using my special shaker bottle with a straw.
The first thing I noticed was renewed energy. I have always enjoyed indulging myself in a nap in the afternoon if I were at home. At work, I often felt the need for a cup of coffee or chocolate for a pick-me-up in the afternoon. But the first time I lay down for a nap after being on the drink, I realized after a few minutes that I wanted to be up and about my work. I simply wasn't tired. My renewed energy helped me get more work done. I have amazing energy and stamina and often begin a new project around 9:00 in the evening.
Kylea also helped me control my weight. I use the drink in the morning instead of breakfast. I sometimes have one piece of high fiber toast, but nothing else, I am completely full and satisfied until around 12:30 or 1:00 PM. The meal replacement helps me maintain my desired weight.
My nails are stronger. And I immediately noticed better elimination. Most of all, I have gained peace of mind. I know that the drink gives me far more nutrition than I was getting in the foods I eat. Also, the fact that it is a liquid means more of the nutrients are absorbed into my system than with pills. It makes me feel better about myself to know I am doing something radically proactive about my health. And the drink is far less expensive that buying all the pills I'd have to take for the same amount of nutrition.

Since I was a child I've always had problems eliminating. I was always given enemas and grandparents were always shoving Castor Oil down my throat followed by an orange. I think that's why I'm not fond of oranges today. I began taking the Colon Cleanse program just 4 days ago. Already I've had great results without having to strain. I have been using half a scoop of the total living drink for almost two months and I think it's great. I feel better, but most importantly for me, it has made a tremendous difference in my skin. I have had acne for decades and it has been particularly bad in the past two years. I would highly recommend this drink to any woman suffering with female problems relating to irregularities. The Kylea drink helped correct the problem within 3 days from when I started using the product and haven't had that problem ever since. I went from 6 months of excessive bleeding using approximately a 36Pkg of "Always" Pads in less than a week per week to no bleeding. My doctor wanted to put me on birth control pills to regulate my period but did not want the side affects from the medicine. Today I'm free from the excessive bleeding, no spotting and did not have to take the doctor's medication. P.S I have also lost some weight too. A friend at my Church gave me a Total Living Drink because she didn't like it. I took it like the directions said. Yes it is NASTY! I hated drinking it. I have noticed that while taking the colon cleanse I was not constipated during my normal PMS time of the month. Normally I get VERY constipated and go little to none for 4-5 days. I noticed that the PMS systems, like cramping/bloating, were a lot milder as well while on the colon cleanse. I'm sure a clogged up colon makes for added PMS symptoms.

What your Yam Cream has done for me is nothing short of miraculous as my life was truly chaotic before I started using the cream. One week out of the month I would feel normal (this would be the week following my period) then for the two weeks after that, I would transform into someone that wasn't pleasant even to my own self! I used to take sleeping pills to escape my own internal chaos! I don't know where to begin! Kylea as you've mentioned seems to be a miracle food supplement! Even though I watch the TLN station all the time, with you and Jerry Rose, doing the promotional segment, I continually watch! And tell all my friends!
I, myself am a bodyworker (massage therapist), and ever since the '70's way back~~~, I've continually been more than a label reader, whenever it came time to ~grocery shop~. I only shop the perimeters of the stores. And mostly go to Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's. People often call them Whole Paycheck, but I'd rather pay a bit more now than buckoo bucks @ either the pharmacy or doctors office in due time!!!
Personally, I've been in 6 rear-end car collisions over the past 10 or so years, and have been suffering from WHIPLASH to the nth degree! My last rear-ender was 2 years ago. I'm currently in a wheel chair, and with physical therapy, Kylea and mostly ORGANIC FOODS, I pray (only God's will) to be up and running once again, even at the age of 52. A- n-d after, I do a ~Kylea Shake~, within 10 minutes all 9 panels of nutrients go right to work! I'm charged to meet whom/whatever comes my way!

Dear Joe Costello - I saw your infomercial on TV with Jerry Rose. No one is as skeptical as me regarding products sold on TV. Because I consider Jerry Rose to be very credible, I decided to take a chance and purchased the 2 lb container of the Total Living Drink. Well never in a million years did I ever think I would write a testimonial message for a product sold on TV. I have suffered from diarrhea for several years, having an attack just about every day and sometimes more than once. Immodium AD tablets were used like snacks. Traveling on business, playing golf, and going to dinner were real challenges.
Treatments tried were apple cider vinegar, liquid diets, trial and error diet variations, fiber capsules, metamucil, one doctor even suggested I try prozac to see if it was a nerve related problem.
Thankfully he was soon not my physician any longer after that suggestion. I couldn't drink coffee or eat even the most lightly spiced foods especially with onions. Within three days of using the drink, my symptoms were gone, I could take one scoop mixed with juice in the morning and not be hungry until lunch, and I am also slowly losing weight. It has been about a month and unless you have been there, one can't imagine how much better the quality of life is when digestion and trips to the restroom are "normal" once again. It has been a true blessing to have finally found a diet regimen that allows me to do my every day activities without worrying where the next restroom will be or if there will be time to get there before "lightning strikes". I travel for sales and leaving for a trip without with the bottle of Immodium AD was simply not possible. I recently ordered two more containers and the Total Living Drink is a permanent part of my diet forever. The only draw back, which is easily acceptable by me, is the taste. Delicious is not the right description. A minor inconvenience indeed.

Early one morning in December of 2004, I was shuffling toward the coffee pot when I caught my slipper on the threshold of my kitchen floor, tried to catch myself by reaching for the counter, and fell anyway, causing a spiral break at the point where my right shoulder attaches to my right arm. For awhile I wore a special sling and swath to keep my arm in place while the bones healed. Then it was on to physical therapy for a few months. Eventually I regained the use of my arm.
